Managing Director

A 15-year veteran of HEINEKEN Maggie previously served as Chief People Officer at HEINEKEN USA (since 2010), during a period that saw a significant turnaround in its business. In her prior role as general manager of HEINEKEN Canada (2006–2010), she drove substantial growth of the brand, resulting in Canada becoming one of it's top 10 markets in the world.

Maggie previously fulfilled a range of leadership roles for HEINEKEN in the Netherlands (2001–2006) and in the US where she commenced her career in 1998 as national sales planning.

Patrick Conway

On Trade Director

A native of Tullamore, Co. Offaly, Patrick graduated from UCD with a BSc Agr.Sc. He joined Elanco Products in a sales capacity before moving to the company's UK headquarters where he gained experience in the finance function. While in the UK, Patrick developed his career in marketing with consumer healthcare companies A.H. Robbins and Whitehall Laboratories. Patrick returned to Ireland in 1991 to join HEINEKEN Ireland as Marketing Director and subsequently as Commercial Director. Over this period HEINEKEN Ireland has developed into a significant player in the Irish drinks industry. Currently On Trade Director with business unit responsibility for Sales, Revenue, Quality, Trade Marketing and On Trade Services.

Conor Hyland

Conor Hyland

Finance Director

Conor was appointed Finance Director in September 2015. Native of Cork, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UCC and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has been with HEINEKEN Ireland since 1996. Conor has worked across a number of Finance and IT roles including short term assignments with HEINEKEN International in New York and Bahamas.

Prior to joining HEINEKEN Ireland Conor worked for 4 years with KPMG.

Kathryn D'Arcy

Kathryn D'Arcy

Corporate Relations Director

Kathryn was appointed Director Corporate Relations in HEINEKEN Ireland in January 2015. She holds a Food Science and Technology Degree from University College Cork and a Masters in Public and Political Communications from Dublin City University. Kathryn began her career working in Germany and London with Bord Bia as a Marketing Executive.

She returned to Dublin to work with Ibec, the Irish Business and Employers Confederation, and held a number of roles there including, Assistant Director of the Food and Drink Federation and Director of ICT Ireland in 2005. Prior to her appointment as Corporate Relations Director, she was the Director of the Alcohol Beverage Federation of Ireland.

John Golden

Customer Services & Logistics Director

John is a qualified accountant and has been with HEINEKEN Ireland since 1997 where he has worked in both the Finance department and our wholesale business. In 2013, John was appointed as Customer Service and Logistics Director and has responsibility for the Customer Service and Logistics department.

Prior to joining HEINEKEN Ireland John worked for over 6 years with Goulding Chemicals Ltd., then part of IAWS PLC (now called Aryzta) and now part of Origin PLC.

Radina Shkutova

Marketing Director

 Radina Shkutova was appointed Marketing Director, HEINEKEN Ireland in September 2016. She joins HEINEKEN Ireland from the HEINEKEN Zagorka Brewery in Bulgaria, where she started in 2005 as Junior Brand Manager on Heineken® and Global Brands.

In her last position Radina was Marketing Director of HEINEKEN Bulgaria. In this role, she and the team drove and achieved the leading position in the Premium segment from the previously held number 3 position, building a strong Premium portfolio. Under her leadership the Cider category was shaped, introducing Strongbow in 2015. This was followed by the introduction in 2016 of Apple Thief cider based on our HEINEKEN Ireland Orchard Thieves. Spearheaded by Radina, it was launched within a six week window and delivered an impressive 25% market share of the cider category in year one.

She was awarded the auspicious "Advertiser of the Year" Award in Bulgaria in 2014 and 2016. Prior to HEINEKEN she worked in Account Management at Publicis MARC Advertising in Bulgaria.

HR Director

Ingrid began her career with HEINEKEN at Export in 1999 in the Netherlands, gaining experience as HR Manager for Vrumona, being responsible for Talent Management, Training and Leadership Programs in HEINEKEN Netherlands, before joining HEINEKEN USA in 2011. In the USA, she held a leadership role in key initiatives for HEINEKEN USA, such as critical business alignment initiatives both in sales and marketing, the company’s cultural transformation together with building a strong HR Business Partner team. Prior to HEINEKEN she worked as HR Advisor at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

Pete Green

Off Trade Director

Pete Green joined HEINEKEN Ireland as the Off Trade Director in September 2017. Pete previously worked in HEINEKEN USA where he held the role of National Sales Director for Grocery in West Coast of the United States since 2014. In this role, Pete played an integral part in leading the strategic and operational development of best-in-class customer management planning and worked directly with some of North America’s leading retailers and distributors.

 

Originally from Birmingham in the UK, Pete first started in the industry with Scottish and Newcastle in the UK as a graduate in 1998. Following HEINEKEN’s acquisition of Scottish & Newcastle, Pete held a number of commercial roles across both On and Off trade. During his time in the UK, Pete worked with the UK’s leading grocery, convenience, specialist and on-line retailers. Pete holds a Bachelor of Arts with honours in business and politics from Keele University.
