HEINEKEN Ireland was delighted to recently welcome a group to their Kilmainham offices as part of the Feeding Ireland’s Future 2017 initiative. Their “Skills for Work” session focussed on top tips for interviews and CV preparation, along with talks from HEINEKEN Ireland employees from different areas of the business on their own experiences of working and career path taken.
Kathryn D’Arcy, Director, Corporate Affairs, said: “HEINEKEN Ireland are delighted to participate in Feeding Ireland’s Future for the second year running. It is a great opportunity for us to introduce young jobseekers to opportunities in the food and drink sector in Ireland and to partner with the local Dublin 8 community”.
Now in its fourth year, Feeding Ireland's Future (FIF) partners companies in the Irish food and grocery sector with young unemployed people to provide them with the practical skills needed to enter the working world and share knowledge of these industries in particular. This initiative is promoted by ECR Ireland and is conducted in association with the Department of Social Protection and the Department of Education and Skills.
